{"id":4268,"date":"2022-01-18T20:35:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-18T20:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mibersailing.com\/nasil-yat-kaptani-olunur-ve-amator-denizci-belgesi-nasil-alinir\/"},"modified":"2022-01-23T09:45:33","modified_gmt":"2022-01-23T09:45:33","slug":"how-to-get-a-certificate-of-competence-for-operators-of-pleasure-craft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mibersailing.com\/en\/how-to-get-a-certificate-of-competence-for-operators-of-pleasure-craft\/","title":{"rendered":"How to get a Certificate of Competence For Operators of Pleasure Craft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can skipper a rented or your own vessel that is up to 24 meters or has a capacity of less than 12 passengers with a Certificate of Competence For Operators of Pleasure Craft.<\/p>\n<p>More detailed information can be obtained from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adf.org.tr\/\">www.adf.org.tr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Conditions of Operators of Pleasure Craft Competence<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Article 5- Those who apply to become an operator of pleasure craft:<\/p>\n<p>a) to be at least 14 years old (the consent of the parents of those under 18 years of age is needed),<\/p>\n<p>b) to be at least a primary school\u00a0 graduate,<\/p>\n<p>c) Not being convicted of child abduction and \/ or trafficking in criminal records;<\/p>\n<p>d) To certify that it has the health conditions specified in Article 24 of this Regulation,<\/p>\n<p>e) To be entitled to receive amateur maritime certificate provided that the amateur sailor&#8217;s exam is stipulated by the administration.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Required documents<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>passport photo.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Driver&#8217;s License.<\/li>\n<li>For those that don&#8217;t own a driver&#8217;s licence, a Health Report to be taken from public \/ private health institutions<\/li>\n<li>A receipt of document&#8217;s fee.A copy of the ID card.<\/li>\n<li>Consent of parents \/ guardians for those under the age of 18 years.Application will be made personally.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can skipper a rented or your own vessel that is up to 24 meters or has a capacity of less than 12 passengers with a Certificate of Competence For Operators of Pleasure Craft.
