Sarsala Bay has become a good transportation point thanks to its closeness to many Göcek Bays and its 15-kilometer distance to Dalaman Airport. You can join or leave your guests on your boat by using the old wooden pier on the South side of the bay. When your guests coming from the land, they will see Kocagöl among the trees on the way and they will think that this place is Sarsala, whereas Kocagöl is only a small reflection of the paradise they will see. We do not recommend using this old pier for overnight accommodation.
Due to the fact that there is a road access to the bay and it has a long beach, the public beach is naturally crowded during the busy months of summer. You will observe luxury boats on one side and villagers out to graze their goats on the other side, meeting in the same frame. Unfortunately, it is not possible to land from the stern on the part of this beach, but you can anchor on the other sides of the bay with your boat and approach land from the stern. The sea is very clean and at the same time calm. There is also an old customs warehouse building with historical value in the area where the rocks surrounded by pines are just behind the beach.
