Mancero Kitchen & Bar is the latest addition to Hilmi group of restaurants, a brand that has been serving the community without compromising quality since 1935. Situated on the coast of Fethiye bay with its breathtaking sunset views, Mancero welcomes you in its carefully designed interiors, serving creative Italian cooking, topped only by its classical steakhouse fare. Hilmi prime ribs, steaks and chops are dry aged up to 28 days in their aging facility then hand trimmed and cut to generous portions ensuring that every steak is the most tender and flavorful possible. The cuisine at Mancero’s open kitchen is prepared using the freshest local ingredients, with intriguing original creations and unexpected twists on Italian classics.
